Carboxylmethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, is anionic carboxymethyl and nonionic hydroxyethyl cellulose compound ether. It has combined property of CMC and HEC.
Application:
CMHEC
normally is used as thickening and filtration control agent in brines and completion fluids. CMHEC is also an oil well cement admixture for improving the cement behaviors such as fluid loss control and cement retardation.
